Together, we will activate 1000 decentralised on-land labs, unlocking the missing intelligence in our relationship with the natural world. This collaborative effort, shepherded by nature's custodians, the Indigenous people of the earth, will open up a new path for the world's leaders to engage with and shape the systems of human life on earth.

The core focus of IKS Labs' 1000-strong lab network is the space between the KOLAB processes, between the notes of the oldest surviving intelligent systems on earth, the natural systems, and our Indigenous intelligence, and the inherited systems of our nation-states, banking, GDP, and how we see and shape the value of life on earth.

Outcomes from the 1000 IKS Lab project include:

1. Indigenous principles informing regenerative systems design globally
2. Decentralised on-land labs are open to knowledge trade with local and global leaders regarding design processes.
3. IKS Labs provide BIO regional health leadership, with their realms being leading trading exemplars for BIO regional health and wealth
4. KOLAB 10 years Ko-created ‘how to’ book for Labs to develop skills to trade with the leaders inside the margins on global design such as housing, food, fashion, festivals, energy, etc
5. Revolutionising impact - Ko-create a series of impact reporting processes that re-engage story & context into the impact loop. How to map systems, identify health metrics and share processes
6. 750 successful system design projects completed by the IKSL network, bringing financial wealth into the IKS Labs through sharing intelligence with those inside the margins - I do understand this one
