Talent-focused schools solving real life challenges through igniting knowledge & imagination from outside the margins.

Imagination, systems change, mentoring, and custodianship.

Go from a problem to be fixed, to solution, to establish trading value.

Do you want to be part of a 10-year research project to bring IMAGI-NATION Labs to every school in the world?

Go from a problem to be fixed to a solution to establish trading value.

For schools with a high proportion of marginalised students, with large proportions of Indigenous young people, and schools that have programs coming to knock on the door to fix the problem of the kids, for these schools, we reckon it’s time to raise the bar.

How about we invite your school to trade in real-time as a global IMAGI-NATION Lab? We invite you to investigate and solve systemic problems worldwide, not as a theory but in reality. We invite schools to create their own IMAGI-NATION  Classrooms, connect with organisations inside and outside IMAGI-NATION, investigate the most significant challenges humanity faces, and look to solve them now - not in the future. We invite you to explore activating the whole school curriculum around a singular focus to solve, e.g., how to power the human race in relation to all other species and not race the humans beyond our collective resources.

Schools that integrate imagination, custodianship, and mentoring throughout their DNA walk the pathway towards accreditation as an Imagination Lab, gaining access to the IMAGI-NATION marketplace and unlocking a network of knowledge and opportunities.

Accreditation will include:

  1. Creation of an IMAGI-NATION declaration and an IMAGI-NATION {Lab}.
  2. Activating the AIME MentorClass suite of mentoring tools & workshops.
  3. Mentor Training Tools utilised
  4. Inter-school mentoring carnival. Pop-Up IMAGI-NATION {Factory} as a device to build bridges and stimulate microeconomic trade between IMAGI-NATION {Labs} is also embassy behaviour. What do you want to see it as?
  5. Establishing custodial micro-economies within the school, rewarding the relationship with the intelligence of nature.
  6. Invite government, industry, local and ideally global to the edge of the unlikely connection to create a partnership with the schools IMAGI-NATION {Lab} to work as a lab on a gnarly problem that can’t be solved with our current intelligence.

Outcomes from the 1000 Imagination Labs (Schools) project include:

  1. Centering imagination in the global curriculum - KO-LAB Publishing the ‘how to’ book on activating imagination, mentoring & custodianship within the school environment
  2. Activating ko-labberative systems change projects
  3. Opening knowledge trading routes between local and global organisations and governments
  4. Mentoring tools regenerating the health of school networks
  5. Ko-designed with industry/organisations future employers/networks - e.g., how to meet the challenges of automation
  6. Re-establishing custodial economics that increases the health of the whole network
