You lead, guide and shepherd a global network of everyday citizens and systemic thinkers. You are working hard to unite the actors on the map so we can spend time in relations and kolab building, moving from hero to collective intelligence with our work - all in relation. You've been working on Systems change for a lifetime, hovering in between the orbit of the actual and the imagined, between what is and what can be manifested. Through relations and curiosity, you continue to expand your own frame of reference and possibilities. You keep developing unlikely connections, and want to see 1000 deep systems change leaders that are fused with the custodial intelligence, imagination and mentoring mindsets required to navigate the next century. You also have the capacity to work in the Systems Change Studio and provide a pathway for the most promising ideas from within the network to become Systems Change residents and get the accelerator experience required to take their Earthshot projects to scale to the entire planet.
