A 12-month residency for high-impact projects aimed at fostering scalable, free-to-use solutions for humanity.

Unlocking imagination, custodianship and mentoring.

130 systems change projects for the betterment of humanity.

Take moonshot projects to the next dimension.

Learn UNC*5, tool creation, and sense-making.

The Systems Change Studio Residency Visa is an exclusive opportunity for visionary leaders and projects that have the potential to solve complex problems at scale and create tools that can be freely used by all of humanity. This 12-month residency is designed to support and amplify the impact of outstanding individuals, organizations, and ideas through a unique blend of storytelling, collaboration, and mentorship.

At the heart of the residency is the creation of a Hoodie Podcast, a ceremonial process that brings together unlikely connections to form a powerful nucleus of support and innovation around each project. Through this process, residents will have the opportunity to explore new possibilities, challenge assumptions, and tap into a wider range of intelligence and resources.

Residents will receive a range of benefits and opportunities, including:

  1. An intensive immersive experience week in Australia, where they will be profiled on The Professors TV series showcasing systems change leaders.
  2. An "in embassy" week, where an IMAGI-NATION mentor will visit and work with the resident in their own location.
  3. Participation in the Dreams experience, contributing to an ongoing research project to unlock the dreams of 1 million young people.
  4. Creation of an IMAGI-NATION Showcase, a narrative-driven presentation of their work and its potential impact.
  5. A focused Professors Song, featuring one of IMAGI-NATION's unique puppets.

Throughout the residency, Systems Change Studio Visa holders will gather every two months for online sessions to share ideas, plans, and knowledge, and receive mentoring from guest experts. They will also have the opportunity to present their work on the Nation Stage as part of the monthly Club of Unlikely Connections.

Upon completion of their campaigns and projects, residents will participate in the Making of a Puppet Podcast, a ceremonial process that creates an IMAGI-NATION Professor based on their work. This professor will serve as a knowledge carrier and spokesperson for their ideas, ensuring that their impact continues beyond the residency itself.

Systems Change Studio Visa holders will also have their work and podcast fused into a song, which will be released annually as part of the Album of IMAGI-NATION, a collection of songs, film clips, and stories celebrating the power of imagination and change.

After the 12-month residency, visa holders will have the opportunity to become a mentor in residence in the IMAGI-NATION Moon, supporting the governance, action, and change taking place on planet Earth throughout the 9-year lifecycle of IMAGI-NATION.

The Systems Change Studio Residency Visa is a unique and transformative opportunity for those who are ready to take their ideas and impact to the next level, and who are committed to creating practical hope and systemic change for the benefit of all.
