Adam Davids has worked in the not-for-profit sector for over twelve years to address the barriers facing Indigenous students in higher education and professional careers. His efforts have helped to increase the representation of Indigienous professionals in corporate organisations across Australia. As well as working as the Director of Learning at Career Trackers, Adam is a Board member at Social Ventures Australia, a nfp that influences systematic change to deliver improved social outcomes for disadvantaged communities.
