Content Starts What is an Imagination Classroom by Blake

Published by

Classroom = learning environment.

Imagination = dreams, creations, wonder, curiosity, colorful mind.

Imagination classroom = Experiences of learning that encourage our curiosity, creativity,  wonder and awe.

It is not WHAT we learn that is important as much as HOW we learn. And how we learn how to learn.

Traditional education is trapped in a study of WHAT. Maths, Science and English are wonderful contents (wonderful WHATS), but when we study them as an answer to be attained or points to be scored on a test, we forget that learning is better experienced as a byproduct of curiosity, creativity, wonder and awe.
