Mentors 4 Life

Do you want access to a structured development, and mentoring program, that you can complete over a 12 month period? The Mentors 4 Life Program will arm you with all the tools you need to initiate contact with a mentor for yourself. After this, you will receive online training, and be guided through 6 formal contact sessions with the mentor you choose over 6 months. The remainder of the year you will work independently, on a structured process, to plan toward and achieve your goals.

Employment Portal

The AIME Yearbook is an interactive portal hosted by AIME. You will get the chance to have an interactive profile on the Yearbook portal. Your profile will get direct exposure to the recruitment team at AIME and AIME's partner organisations. These include some of Australia's, and the worlds, leading companies: Google, Lend Lease, Coke, Telstra, Virgin and more. This is your chance to get noticed, and get your foot in the door with a potential future employer.

Futures Leadership Day

The Futures Day will be a Mentor's chance to connect with some of Australia's most successful identities at your university campus, and understand their pathways to success. It will be a social event that will not only expose you to amazing individuals, but it will let you strengthen your support network too.

Golden Ticket Competition

Members of the Grad Program will get the chance to undertake an experience of a lifetime, as a summer intern, bringing to life a campaign to help make mentoring famous. There will be one spot up for grabs each year at AIME's major partner groups like Coke, Google, Commonwealth Bank and others... It's your chance to show what you've got.
